The blower controller's load mainly includes the blower, compressor, mixing damper, mode damper, internal/external circulation damper, water temperature sensor, sunlight sensor, interior temperature sensor, ambient temperature sensor, evaporator temperature sensor, and defrosting heating wire for the rear windshield. The blower controller uses an LCD display and keyboard for human-machine interaction and a K-line interface for online monitoring and fault diagnosis. The blower controller is based on a microcontroller; it first receives commands from the human-machine interface, samples data from various sensors, and detects feedback signals; then, through processing, it outputs corresponding control signals to control the blower, compressor, defrosting device, and various dampers to perform corresponding actions, thereby effectively regulating the vehicle's interior environment and temperature.
